Davy was trained at the Glasgow School of Art and taught at the Douglas Ewart High School in Newton Stewart before taking the plunge and painting full time for a living. It was a good decision! His work is sought after nationwide and very much loved locally. Colourful landscapes of Galloway countryside, hills and coastline; farms and distilleries, villages and forest scenes. It’s all there, and he has shared his skills with a group of local painters with whom he shares this exhibition. We think you will love it all.
