Janette Donoghue is a retired primary teacher who is self taught and started painting during lockdown. She creates paintings in a range of styles. She has written 2 children’s books which she illustrated. She also plays guitar and loves driving cars.

Maurice Kelly is an art teacher, formerly head of art and design at Earlston High School. Painting in acrylics his work explores the play of light and colour on surfaces.

Lara Mieduniecki is a self taught artist living in East Lothian with her husband, two cats and four chickens. She works full time in a bookshop in Edinburgh  when not painting.

Shona Grossart is a nurse living in Midlothian with her very springy Springer Spaniel. She is a self taught artist, makes a living from part time nursing and producing animal portraits. She also plays guitar and writes songs.
