The exhibition will be an eclectic collection of works from Amanda J Wilson and Tracy McKeand.  Tracy specialises in Pastel Animal Portraits whilst Amanda specialises in Acrylic Landscapes.

Words in a Journal – Emma J Lock (Artist) and S J Halstead (Photographer)

 

This is a unique collection of contemporary and abstract works which Emma describes as like a visual representation of her thoughts portrayed through brush and paint like words in a journal.  As a dyslexic growing up Emma learned to communicate through her creative skills at a very early age.

Emma is currently represented by The Northern Lights Gallery in Keswick who approached her first in 2018 and has works housed all over the world throughout Europe, America, Australia and Japan.

She is an experimental, unique and vibrant artist pushing boundaries and challenging our view of the world through her work.

Fine Art in Edinburgh – Exhibition of Galloway Paintings

The Fine Art Society in Edinburgh presents their 2019 exhibition of Galloway pictures with paintings and drawings by members of the Faed family, W S MacGeorge, T B Blacklock, E A Taylor, Charles Oppenheimer, C J Fergusson, William Hanna Clarke, Dorothy Johnstone and Victoria Orr Ewing.

Alongside this they are exhibiting recent acquisitions available to purchase, including works by Sir D Y Cameron, John Duncan, George Houston, Cecile Walton and Anne Redpath

Harbour Cottage Gallery Open Exhibition

The Harbour Cottage Gallery Open Exhibition 2019 will open on Monday 24 June and run until Saturday 6 July.

This is a mixed exhibition of artists working in Dumfries and Galloway and Ayrshire. It showcases the work of artists who have not regularly exhibited in the Harbour Cottage Gallery before.
